What AJHQ Will Say If You Have A Problem

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Animal Jam Support Headquarters! We are sorry to hear you're experiencing some trouble in Jamaa. Due to our recent update to add wild features for everyone to enjoy, Jammers will need to update their Adobe Flash player to see everything correctly.
In order to make sure Animal Jam runs smoothly, we kindly ask that your parents follow the link below to download the latest Adobe Flash player. Once the file is downloaded, double-click it to start the installation. After this has been completed, we kindly ask that you please try logging into Animal Jam again.

Also, sometimes, playing Animal Jam in a different internet browser can help. For example, if you regularly use Internet Explorer, you can try using Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox instead.
Minimum requirements to run Animal Jam on a Mac are as follows:
Mac OSX 10.3 (Panther) or later.
If these things don't resolve your issue, try uninstalling, then reinstalling Adobe Flash.
If you have followed all of these steps, and still experience this issue, please let us know! Be sure to respond to us with the affected user name, and a detailed description of this issue, and what happens when it does occur, and we'll look into this right away!
All the best,
Animal Jam HQ
