Loading Difficulties

Hey Jammers!
This has been happening to me a lot latly, you know, when your Animal Jam won't load anything? Well, I contacted AJ HQ about this, and this is what they sent me back. So just look at this page if your Animal Jam won't load! ( I copied and pasted, so everything here is exactly what AJ HQ sent me)


Hello Fellow Jammer,
Thank you for contacting Animal Jam Support Headquarters! We are sorry to hear you are having a hard time logging into Animal Jam.
In order to help with this, we suggest logging out, and taking the following steps to ensure that Animal Jam runs smoothly:
1. Clear your web browser’s cache. For most browsers, you can clear the cache by selecting “Tools” from your browser menu, and then select “Clear Recent History”. If you need more in depth directions, please ask and we will be happy to help!
2. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. If you visit the Adobe website at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP it should automatically tell you whether you are using the latest version.
If neither option resolves your issue we suggest reinstalling Adobe Flash.
Reinstall Flash Player for Internet Explorer
1. Launch Internet Explorer by double-clicking the IE icon on your desktop.
2. Go to the Flash Player download page of Adobe's website (http://www.adobe.com/go/EN_US-H-GET-FLASH). Adobe's website will auto-detect your operating system and present you with a link to download the most recent version of Flash Player.
3. Begin the download by clicking AGREE AND INSTALL NOW. Click INSTALL to begin the installation process.
4. Close and restart Internet Explorer to complete the install.
Reinstall Flash Player for Other Browsers:
1. Launch your web browser by double-clicking that program's icon on your desktop.
2. Go to the Flash Player download page of Adobe's website (http://www.adobe.com/go/EN_US-H-GET-FLASH). Adobe's website will auto-detect your operating system and present you with a link to download the most recent version of Flash Player.
3. Begin the download by clicking AGREE AND INSTALL NOW. Click SAVE to launch the SAVE TO application window. Select DESKTOP and click OK or SAVE to save Adobe Flash Player to your desktop. Close your browser after the download has finished.
4. Run the Adobe Flash Player installation wizard by double-clicking the INSTALL ADOBE FLASH PLAYER icon on your desktop. Click NEXT to progress through each phase of the installation process, then click FINISH to complete the installation.
5. Relaunch your web browser to complete the installation.
Also, if you can inform us of what web browser you are currently using to run Animal Jam, we can continue an investigation to try and resolve this issue.
